Update of the random vase generator (v 0.8.0.0).
Additionally to cylinder coordinates the new version uses an index-based generation. This allows new vase forms which were impossible with cylinder coordinates.
Added further vases to the author and edited galleries.

Increased the wall thickness. This is good for vases printed in small sizes.
